Our Standards
What we look for.
The minimum bar for consulting roles at Samura is a degree from a top-tier institution - IIT, IIM, ISB, or international equivalent. We set this bar not as a filter for its own sake, but because our clients are making high-stakes business decisions and they are entitled to work with people who have demonstrated the capacity to think rigorously.
Beyond credentials, we look for people who take genuine ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly under pressure, and are curious enough to learn the UAE market specifics that textbooks do not teach.
For engineering roles, the bar is technical excellence and production experience. 40+ shipped products means our engineers know what breaks in production - we want people who have that same instinct.
